GKW Homes was founded on a simple belief: if you’re going to do something, do it properly.

From humble beginnings, Director Dave Wood learnt his way around a building site from the ground up. Starting with sweeping floors, lifting buckets of sand, and carrying boxes of tiles up stairs, he developed a deep appreciation for the hard work, attention to detail, and craftsmanship required to build quality homes.

Almost 25 years ago, Dave began his building journey alongside award-winning builder Greg Kelleher. Working closely together over many years, Dave refined his skills across all aspects of residential construction, gaining invaluable experience and a practical understanding of what it takes to deliver exceptional results.

In 2018, GKW Homes was established, built on the combined experience of more than 60 years shared by Dave and his then business partner, Greg Kelleher. Since its inception, GKW Homes has focused on delivering high-end residential homes, renovations, and bespoke building projects throughout Perth.

Today, our approach remains unchanged. We take a hands-on role in every project, working closely with our clients to deliver homes that are practical, thoughtfully considered, and built to stand the test of time. We value honest communication, genuine relationships, and taking responsibility for every detail along the way.

We’re not interested in cutting corners or making promises we can’t keep. Our focus is on delivering exceptional homes through hard work, attention to detail, and a commitment to achieving the best outcome for our clients.

That’s how we’ve always operated, and it’s how we’ll continue to build into the future.
